I make a choice to see G-d in everyone ,in everything and through everything because where focus goes energy flows and not only energy your state of mind, thoughts, actions, beliefs, insights etc
So if G-d has no limit and G-d is our focus so all that our focus brings in it's wake has no limit as well and where others may stay stuck we eventually move forward and soar

We all want to feel good about ourselves, about life etc for when we feel good , we do good,when we are not bitter we do better.
It is not good enough to just stop doing something, there are no vacuums , if you do not replace what you have stopped doing, turned away from doing etc with another positive, higher , empowering habit, activity, experience etc that vacuum will be filled by other influences. other people's agendas. distractions etc ...
In order to reach our fullest, happiest lives we cannot only stop doing the negative we have to add more light, more positive.

Who has been serene in Jerusalem for the past millennia?Jerusalem and it's inhabitants have been and do go through so much .
So what can it mean,"those who love you will be serene"?
When you are endeavoring to live in harmony with your highest authentic values a serenity of love ,meaning, purpose ,gratitude and direction eventually envelopes you even within the most turbulent of storms for even though you cannot explain it always you know there is a Divinely forged plan and everything you do no matter how seemingly insignificant means something and that you always matter.

Perform as if the whole world were your greatest audience
Well David HaMelech( King David) is telling us live as if G-d was right there with you always
Being that G-d is always with us whether we are tuned in or not .
When we inculcate the import of such an unbelievable privilege of having the personal and private love and attention etc of The Creator and Maintainer of all that was is or ever will be, we will start to release our highest selves which we will not be able to contain and we will start to live our continuously greatest ,most meaningful lives no matter our age or circumstances.
