See each day as a gift , with endless possibilities, never a foregone conclusion, rejoice , treasure it, cherish it and let it be filled with your gratitude. When you learn to be glad in it you might just get through ,if there is,the bad in it.

Say this verse every five minutes and remind yourself of G-d 's beautiful gift of another day even when it does not go your way.

We all have fallen, we all make mistakes, we have all said something hurtful to another etc.If G-d preserves our sins we would not be.If we cannot learn to forgive , where would our lives be?

When we forgive we don't excuse what has been done, we move forward and allow our lives to go on.
